RETURNS

Passive Aggressive has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact us and arrange a return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please email info@passive-aggressive.lv with your order number as a reference. Our customer service representative will get in touch with you to proceed — you can either return the item for a refund or request an exchange of size.

Please note that as a print-on-demand brand, we produce items individually per order. We therefore cannot guarantee the availability of sizes for exchanges, and returns are only accepted in accordance with EU consumer rights or in cases of defective or incorrect products.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Returns are the responsibility of the customer. For added safety, please insure all packages and include a tracking number, as we cannot process refunds for items that do not reach us.

RETURN POLICY

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:

• The return must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date;

• Items must be in perfect, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition;

• Items must include original tags and packaging;

• Please recycle and use the Passive Aggressive packaging to return your items, unless it arrived damaged.
