Passive Aggressive operates on a print-on-demand basis. Producing items only when they are ordered helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.

While not producing anything would be the most sustainable option, we aim to create limited, original pieces made to high quality standards through trusted production partners.

SHIPPING FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES

All relevant shipping fees (unless in a specified promotion) are a cost to the customer. Product prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Since we only ship within the European Union, no import duties or customs fees apply.

Shipping fees are charged at the time of purchase. The costs of shipping are non-refundable.

YOUR ORDER

Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and tracking number. The order confirmation acts as an invoice including all relevant details.

If you notice any errors on your order confirmation, please contact info@passive-aggressive.lv so we can modify your order.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Order

For made-to-order items, you may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To request a change (e.g., shipping address, phone number, recipient name, size, or colour), please contact our support team at info@passive-aggressive.lv with your order number and desired modification.

After 24 hours, production may have already begun and we may not be able to cancel or change the order.
